1. Delivery Method
When you use this website, our Internet Service Provider (ISP) may make a record of your visit and log your server address, your domain name, the date, time and duration of your visit, the pages and documents you accessed, the previous site you had accessed (i.e., the referring URL) and the type of browser you are using. 2. Processing Time
Orders for stocked items usually ship within 24 hours of payment/invoice. Mermed will advise of lead times for non-stocked items within 24 hours of order.
3. Transit Times
Delivery times vary, and once a parcel is in the hands of a transport company, Mermed has little influence. However, our customers generally receive their deliveries as per below:
