"These labels are just the right size for a lot of different applications. The adhesive is permanent, so don't plan on moving the sticker once applied. It's a good quality writing surface, but be mindful of what type of writing utensil. If it beads up after the first stroke of the pen, choose a different one! It's easy to peel these from the reel and slap them right on whatever needs it. I like the orange color since it contrasts with all the packaging it's being applied to. These labels are great for marking which hair dyes I have open, and I can put the beyond-use date on each one. We use the "initials" field for indicating the bottle is more than half empty, so it's easy to see at a glance which one needs to be replenished."

"These little yellow stickers are very handy for home organization. The bright yellow color is fantastic, you can not miss them on containers in the fridge or pantry, which is exactly what I needed. They are just the right size too, small enough to fit on various jars and containers without taking up too much space, but still with enough room to clearly write out a date. I use them for labeling spices' and food's expiration dates, I just slap one of these on and write down the "Expiration" date. It's made a huge difference in reducing food waste and making sure everything is fresh. The adhesive is strong, so they stick well even on plastic containers that go in and out of the fridge/freezer/pantry, and they don't smear when I write on them with a fine-tip marker. The only thing is the adhesive is strong and semi permanent, and they are not meant to be removed. Definitely very handy for keeping track of food freshness!"
Multipurpose not just medical: I use for food storage
"I love these labels. Even though they’re marketed as of medical label, as soon as I saw them and what the different categories were in the three different sections I thought to myself, “oh my goodness this would be perfect for food organization, especially the freezer! You have one spot you could put in your date that you froze it and another spot to write when you take it out And thaw it and then you would know how long it’s been opened. The other feature I love about this is two pronged: the labels are small enough that they can fit in a good spot such as on a plastic bag that has a white area to write on. Or they could go on the side of a plastic container. The second feature is that they are bright orange, practically a neon orange and because of that it is so easy to locate them on your plastic carton or a jar or a package as they really stand out brightly. I’m using them all the time now and they are so useful and handy. I feel much more confident in my food freshness: no more guest work!

"I struggle with forgetfulness due to ADHD and was looking for a way to label foods in my refrigerator to know when they expire, so I decided to adhere these labels to some leftovers. These stickers were easy to peel from the roll and affix to the lid of the food dish. The writing space is just large enough to hold a month, day, and year when written numerically. Due to the bright color of the labels, I found my eyes drawn to the expiration date when I opened the refrigerator, which helped to act as a persistent reminder.
These stickers stayed adhered to the dish for several days while stored in the refrigerator. Then, once the dish was emptied, I forgot to take the sticker off when I placed the food dish into a basin of water to soak. To my surprise, the label remained fastened to the lid.

When something gets opened, like a condiment, large yogurt container, oat milk, or anything that has lifespan after it is opened, we put one of these labels on and scribble on a date with a marker. "I got this so that I can label various things in my pantry and fridge. Whenever I open things, I like to label the date it was opened. If I move things to a different container, then labeling it with the opening and expiration date is a must. These make it much easier to do this in order to keep track of food. There are only two cons I have: (1) the size. I do wish they were a bit wider so that the date could be bigger. (2) the label paper material is really strange. Sharpies barely work, turn streaky and stop working. Ballpoint pens smear. Once I find the perfect pen, I will update this review."

Expiration Date Labels Just as Described
"They come on a rolled up spool and they are just what you would expect. The only thing that I don't like and I think that they should have done differently, is how they have the word "Expiration" where it takes up the whole top left corner of the writing area. Which essentially cuts off the whole top half of the writing area, making you write the date out quite small. They could have, and SHOULD have, just put "Exp" above the word "Date." Then the date could have been written much bigger. But oh well I guess... And I didn't take any stars off for this, because I was already aware of it when I ordered these.
Here's some advice for anyone who uses any of these labels too. Depending on what you write on them with, it can be easy to accidentally smear what you've written. Sometimes even long after it's been written. It can also be difficult getting them to stay stuck on things, especially when you try and stick them onto things that have been in the refrigerator or the freezer. And so, to combat this, I always have some Scotch Super-Hold Transparent Tape on hand (the kind that comes in the red packaging). Which I use to cover the whole label with. But that isn't always enough to keep labels stuck on refrigerated and frozen things. Sometimes the only way to stick anything on them is to let them warm up almost to room temperature. Because until they do, whatever item it is constantly has moisture appear on the outside of it. You can try and dry where you are going to stick the label on and hurry up and stick it on, but it's tricky.
Anyway, it's not the fault of these labels, as they stick just fine. And I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering getting them, as long as you don't mind having to write the date kind of small (that is, if you get the expiration date labels)."

As a home care provider, I use them to let clients know when to no longer consume food that is approaching its expiration date. The thing I like most is also the thing I'd like least in a different scenario. These stickers don't seem to stick for a long time to plastic storage containers in the fridge. This is good because they are easy to remove from storage containers without leaving a sticky residue or traces of paper. Very Necessary Item

I used mine on juice bottles that are difficult to see the expire dates, which end up spoiling.

Lack of Adequate Space to Record Important Dates
"Although a good concept, the benefit in utilizing these expiration labels is significantly diminished due to the small amount of space for recording dates. Unfortunately, the design failed to allow for adequate room to insert necessary dates which is essential to the usage of these labels. It's necessary to use a very fine tip pen when recording the important opened and expiration dates. The bright orange color enables the labels to be easily visible and the adhesive appears to be strong as well. However, due to the afore mentioned product concern, these labels fall short of a higher quality rating."
